From simple hotel bookings to customized bespoke itineraries, I help simplify travel planning for my clients to help create their ideal getaway. The pricing structure below outlines the services provided at varying levels of service. Each trip is unique and based on the length, location, and size of your travel group, we will confirm the final fee with you after our initial planning call.

Our travel planning fees cover initial trip planning and proposal efforts that we put into every client’s request before any travel is booked. We value the expertise we provide our clients and hope you will too.

Hotel & Cruise Booking Only

COMPLIMENTARY

Ideal for the traveler that already knows where they are going and has finalized their travel dates.

If you already have a hotel or cruise picked out and know when you’ll be traveling, I will book your accommodations sans travel planning fee so you can take advantage of any potential discounts, onsite amenities, or upgrades* available through my suppliers and the Signature Travel Network consortia (if applicable). I’ll create a custom mobile itinerary for you with all of your booking information, as well as any other bookings you make independently so you can have all of your travel documents available in your app!

Essential Level Planning

STARTING AT $300 FOR SINGLE-FAMILY OR COUPLE TRIP

Ideal for the traveler who has a general idea of where they’d like to go and when but want help finding the right fit and booking the hotel, transfers, and potentially airfare.

If you know you want to take a vacation, but need help finding the perfect resort or ideal location, this level is for you. I can compare places, dates, and prices, and provide recommendations based on your interests. On this tier, I’ll help you with booking the essential elements of your trip (hotel/resort, airport transfers, rental cars, and potentially airfare) for those who want to stay in one location or city while on vacation. I’ll create a custom mobile itinerary for you with all of your booking information, as well as any other bookings you make independently so you can have all of your travel documents available in your app!

Group Trip Planning

PRICING VARIES BASED ON LOCATION AND SIZE OF GROUP

Ideal for the traveler who wants to plan a vacation with two or more families, multi-generational group, friends, or wedding and everyone will have similar itineraries.

Group Trip Planning pricing will vary based on the size of your group and the needs of your trip. When you contact me with additional details of how large your group is and what you had in mind, we will determine a planning level of service that fits your needs.

Bespoke Trip Planning

STARTING AT $550 FOR SINGLE-FAMILY OR COUPLE

Ideal for the traveler who is visiting multiple locations and wants a more comprehensive travel planning approach customized to their needs.

At this tier, I’ll work with our international suppliers to customize a trip that takes you through multiple locations and includes booking and coordinating all elements of your travel such as hotels, rental cars, transfers, rail or ferry, tours, airfare (if needed) and dinner reservations. I’ll provide guidance on how much time you spend in each location, details for how to get from place to place, and include local recommendations and must-see sites to help you customize a once-in-a-lifetime experience. All of your trip details will be included in your mobile itinerary so you have access to all of your bookings and travel documents.

When you click the “Contact Me” button at the top of this page, fill out the form and let me know what you are looking for! From there, I’ll set up a call so I can learn more about your trip needs. If you are unsure of where you would like to travel or how long your trip should be, this is where we can discuss options based on your budget and interests.

Based on our conversation, I’ll follow up with summary email of what we discussed and an estimated trip planning fee if you would like to move forward with me as your travel advisor.

If you are ready to move forward, submit your travel planning fee (can be completed online with a credit card) and I’ll send you our introductory clients forms and terms and conditions to review.

From there, I’ll work with our industry partners and suppliers to put together a trip package that is customized for you. I’ll communicate cost, inclusions, and deadlines so you are always informed. We’ll accent your trip with local recommendations specific to each destination, share must-see sites, and make sure every detail is covered. We will also provide travel insurance options to protect your trip investment.

Before you travel, you’ll receive a detailed, electronic itinerary that you will be able to access via an app on your phone and share with your loved ones. This itinerary will include all of your final travel documents and helpful pre-trip info so that everything you need related to your trip is at your fingertips.
